Testicular adrenal rest tumor (TART) and ovarian adrenal rest tumor (OART) in patients with congenital adrenal hyperplasia

Abstract

The study discusses the clinical aspects of testicular adrenal rest tumor (TART) and ovarian adrenal rest tumor (OART) in patients with congenital adrenal hyperplasia and presents current view on etiology and pathogenesis of these tumors. It also pays attention to diagnostic difficulties in TART and OART and discusses the possible treatment approach.
