Testicular (gonadal stromal) fibroma: Case report

Abstract: Testicular fibroma is a rare benign tumor of gradual growth, usually in the third and fourth decade, in the form of a hypoechogenous nodule with clear boundaries and is usually not accompanied by hormonal abnormalities.
