Tetraploidy-linked sensitization to CENP-E inhibition in human cells

Abstract: Tetraploidy caused by whole-genome duplication is a hallmark of cancer cells, and tetraploidy-selective cell growth suppression is a potential strategy for targeted cancer therapy.
