Abstract:Objective: This study aimed to assess the operability of thalamic tumors since they are generally considered to be inoperable and to have poor outcomes. Advancements in neuroimaging, neuronavigational technology, and intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring allow accurate planning and safe resection.
