The Accurate Assessment of LDH Isoenzyme Activity

Abstract

Cellogel block electrophoresis has been used for the separation of LDH isoenzymes and has proved to give very reproducible results. Using this technique, an abnormal LDH isoenzyme distribution has been found in both red cells and serum in cases of megaloblastic anaemia.
