“…Under this field the commensurate phase transition temperature exhibited unusual behavior and a transition to antiferroelectric phase has been postulated. The detailed investigations of various physical properties of TlGaSe 2 at low temperatures, such as optical absorption [8], heat capacity [9] and acoustic emission [10] experiments, revealed additional phase transition at temperatures about 101-103 K and 246-253 K. In a result of detailed dielectric constant measurements [11] we came recently to the conclusion that incommensurately modulated phase appears at temperatures between 115 K and 242 K.…”
