Abstract: Little has been reported on the effect of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) inoculants from in vitro dual culture system on the growth of maize and its endophytic microbial community. Our results suggest that AMF inoculants play an important role in influencing maize growth and diversity of endophytic bacterial communities.
