The Activity of Nourseothricin Against Drug-Resistant Bacteria

Abstract: Because nurseothricin successfully kills MDR bacteria, it may be useful in treating illnesses that are difficult to treat with traditional therapy. In contrast to highly resistant single-target antibiotics, nourseothricin, a broadspectrum antibiotic, inhibits bacterial protein synthesis.
