The adaptation of the Nurse Turnover Intention Scale into Turkish: A validity and reliability study

Abstract: Aim The aim of this study was to adapt the Nurse Turnover Intention Scale to Turkish and test its validity and reliability. Methods This methodological study was conducted with 200 nurses.
