The added value of frequent physical activity group sessions in a combined lifestyle intervention: A cluster randomised trial in primary care

Abstract: Highlights A combined lifestyle intervention improves lifestyle in overweight and obese subjects. Real-world setting study shows that changed lifestyle after a combined lifestyle intervention can be sustained. Adding group sessions with a physiotherapist had no added value.
