Abstract:Ovalbumin (OVA) in egg is one of the predominant causes of food allergy around the world. In the present study, the alleviating effect of selenium‐enriched tea polysaccharide (Se‐TPS) on OVA allergy was evaluated, and the underlying mechanistic insights were investigated.
