Abstract: Bu makalede Uluslararası İlişkiler disiplini içerisinde bölgesel dinamiklerin ön plana çıkarılmasını amaçlayan "bölgesel alt sistem" analizi teorik ve uygulamalı bir şekilde ele alınmıştır.
