The Anatomy of the Sigmoid-Transverse Junction According to the Tentorial Angle

Abstract: Dural sinuses have critical importance during intracranial approaches. Detailed anatomical knowledge of the dural sinuses is crucial for surgeons to reduce unexpected venous bleeding.
