The ancillary testing methods used for diagnostics of frontal sinusitis

Abstract: Despite the improving quality and the increasing scope of diagnostic and therapeutic measures, the number of inflammatory diseases of the paranasal sinuses (PNS) does not decrease over time. The principal ancillary diagnostic methods facilitating the diagnose setting by an otorhinolaryngologist are the traditional radiography, spiral computer-aided and magnetic resonance imaging.
