The Anisotropy of Elastic Properties in Orthorhombic Modification of AgInS2 from X-Ray Thermal Diffuse Scattering Data

Abstract: Measurements of the diffuse X-ray scattering intensity are performed from the (100), (010) and (001) planes in the AgInS 2 ternary compound with the orthorhombic wurtzite-type structure.
