The Antimicrobial Effects of Medicinal Plants on Pathogenic Food Bacteria

Abstract: Objectives: This paper aimed to explore the antimicrobial effects Mentha piperita, Solanum nigrum, Mentha longifolia, and Withania somnifera on food pathogens.
