In the context of a new era, the field of education is experiencing rapid development, and society is paying increasing attention to the implementation of educational reforms. This requires universities to develop detailed and feasible strategies for ideological and political education in response to societal changes. In the process of implementing adjustments and reforms, it is necessary to deeply integrate ideological and political education with student management. This integration aims to promote students' rapid growth, ensure the effectiveness of educational and teaching work, and meet the development and progress needs of universities. Therefore, this article primarily analyzes the integration of ideological and political education for university students and student management in the context of the Internet Plus, providing references and insights for readers.Universities play a crucial role in China's educational system, and their value and significance are self-evident. Moreover, university education is characterized by its high practicality, applicability, and comprehensiveness. It is of great significance to integrate Chinese traditional culture into the ideological and political education of college students. It can improve the ideological and moral quality of college students. Based on the questionnaire survey of 9 college students in Shanghai, this paper analyzes the current situation, characteristics and reasons of the lack of excellent traditional culture in today's college students' ideological and political quality. In order to integrate the traditional culture into the ideological and political education of college students, the corresponding strategic measures are put forward. It is expected to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students.

Traditional culture and civic education are two important parts of the higher education system. Based on knowledge graph technology, this paper explores a strategy to promote the intelligent integration of the two. Firstly, we construct a knowledge map for the field of civics and traditional culture and optimize the traditional named entity recognition algorithm by using the BERT module for word feature extraction and pre-training. Through the search and recognition of stored domain knowledge, a smart Q&A system that integrates ideology, politics, and traditional culture can be constructed and used for teaching. The F1 value of the constructed BERT-BiLSTM-CRF algorithm is 76.7, which outperforms the comparison algorithm, and the ablation experiments show that the F1 value of the algorithm decreases by 7.9% when the BERT module is missing, which verifies the reasonableness of the design of this paper. The results of the teaching experiments on the performance of Civics and the interest in learning traditional culture show that the application of an intelligent Q&A system for integrated teaching effectively improves the students’ performance in Civics and the interest in learning traditional culture.
