Abstract:Antimicrobial degradable materials are pivotal in enhancing food safety, mitigating plastic pollution, and advancing sustainable development. In this study, poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) (PDMDAAC) was initially anchored to the starch surface (PMS) and utilized as a filler.
