Abstract:Microbubble (MB)- and ultrasound (US)-facilitated intracellular Ca2+ delivery, known as sonoporation (SP), is a promising anticancer treatment modality, since it allows a spatio-temporally controllable and side-effect-free alternative to conventional chemotherapy.
