Abstract:Introduction: We explored sex and race differences in the prognostic implications of QRS prolongation among healthy adults. Methods: Participants from the Dallas Heart Study (DHS) free of cardiovascular (CV) disease who underwent ECG testing and cMRI evaluation were included.
