“…The results of this study indicate that the AFSC's resilience based on technologies, logistics strategies such as direct delivery to the consumer, and the development of production systems with a focus on short supply chains made it possible to reduce the impact on food production and consumption during the health crisis. Our study reinforces contributions from Coral and Mithöfer [73], who also conclude that the main drivers, such as market dynamics, the organization of actors in the supply chain, and digital and technological innovation, are critical to adaptation to COVID-19. The findings observed in this research confirm the role of technology as an element for the reconfiguration of the SC and fundamental support for the competitiveness of the AFSC in the face of the logistical challenges that arose at the beginning of the pandemic.…”
