The Board Structure and Performance in IPO Firms: Evidence from Stakeholder-Oriented Corporate Governance

Abstract: This study investigates the internal mechanisms as an important factor for shareholders and stakeholders in initial public offering (IPO) firms with stakeholder-oriented corporate governance.
