The “brain-heart-gut” axis and novel mechanisms of future cardiovascular disease

Abstract: Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is a leading cause of morbidity and mortality in the globe. Both established cardiovascular disease (eCVD) and future CVD (fCVD) need to further explore the mechanisms.
