The Breast Cancer Patient Navigation Kit: Development and User Feedback

Abstract: Our interdisciplinary team developed a written cancer patient education tool, the Breast Cancer Navigation Kit, to respond to the information needs of patients and family members and that meet patient literacy levels. A literature review and a focus group provided content development for four modules: "About Breast Cancer," "Body-Mind-Spirit," "After Treatment Ends," and "Practical Information."
