The case for brain death determination by CTA

Abstract: effective strategy against pulmonary coagulopathy. We fully agree with Dr. Traber that currently there is not enough information from clinical trials that nebulization of heparin is really beneficial. 3 We are currently starting up a multicenter double-blind placebocontrolled randomized clinical trial of burn patients with inhalation trauma in The Netherlands and Belgium evaluating the effects of early nebulized heparin.
