The Central Asian states’ role in the world mining industry

Abstract: The growing needs of mankind for minerals predetermine a systematic increase in the scope of mining operations. However, it is known that mineral resources are not evenly distributed in the bowels of the earth; therefore, due to their production, some regions of our planet can significantly outstrip other regions in their technical and, as a result, economic development; hence, the constant need to extract more minerals in order to develop the domestic industry and to strengthen the economy. “…With the help of computer simulation, the immersion process is calculated and the situation of sudden shell failures is simulated. For modeling and calculations, the finite method (FEM) and programs for design and geotechnical calculations [9,10]. Fragments of the calculation of non-stationary immersion of a large-sized massive reinforced concrete shell (with a diameter and depth of more than 70 m, with a wall thickness of 2.5 m and the number of volumetric finite elements up to 364 thousand elements), falling under its own weight at an angle of 12 ° -24 ° from an estimated height of up to 280 cm height onto pliable soil of different strength soil (from E= 4 MPa to E= 19 MPa).…”
