“…If adopted, these standards will hypothetically be the vehicle for asthma education being granted its own Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) code, which will enable further billing and reimbursement for asthma education.It is likely these CPT codes will only be available for use by those healthcare professionals with advanced training in asthma care.
