The challenges of a food sovereignty perspective: an analysis of the foodways of the Rama indigenous group, Nicaragua

Abstract: Despite its prominence within food security debates, Food Sovereignty is still a developing and contested concept. This article illustrates two of the tensions within the Food Sovereignty literature through an analysis of the foodways of the Rama indigenous group in Nicaragua.
