The Characteristic of the Emotional State of Rats Whose Mothers Were Affected by Estrogens of Different Nature During Lactation Period

Abstract: Suckling female rats had taken a 17β-estradiol or phytoestrogens from 3 till 21 day of lactation. The emotional state of their adult progeny has been investigated in the «elevated plus maze» test and the test «pick up of rats by the tail». The delayed consequences of estrogens intake during critical period of ontogenesis have caused the high level of animals’ anxiety.
