The characteristics and effectiveness of pregnancy yoga interventions: A systematic review and meta-analysis

Abstract: Background: Yoga is a popular mind-body medicine frequently recommended and to pregnant women. Gaps remain in our understanding of core components of effective pregnancy yoga programmes.
