Abstract: R2R3-MYB transcription factors (TFs) participate in the modulation of plant development, secondary metabolism, and responses to environmental stresses. Ammopiptanthus nanus, a leguminous dryland shrub, tolerates a high degree of environmental stress, including drought and low-temperature stress.
