“…The LC-HRMS profiles of the PC, PD, and PF extracts highlighted the occurrence of several metabolites in P. cerasifera, the structures of which could be assigned by a comparison between the molecular formulae, fragmentation patterns, and retention times and the literature data and metabolite databases, allowing us to putatively identify hydroxycinnamic acid derivatives, flavonols, flavan-3-ols and proanthocyanidins, anthocyanins, organic acids, sugar alcohols (and their derivatives), glycosylated hydroxybenzaldehyde and benzylic alcohol derivatives, glycosyl terpenates, and glycosylated aliphatic alcohol derivatives (Table 4) [37,[49][50][51][52][53][54].
