The clinical and radiological observation of the pancreatic pseudocysts

Abstract: The pancreas is the only organ in the body which reacts to trauma or inflammation by autolysis and the for. mation of a pseudocyst. Pancreatic pseudocysts are thought to develop secondary to rupture of a pancreatic duct with escape of pancreatic juìce into the surrounding tissue or spaces.
