The clinical enigma of a Midfacial Destructive lesion

Abstract: Midfacial destruction is a rare presentation of various neoplastic, autoimmune and infective disorders. Here we present a rare case of a midfacial distructive lesion in a young patient with xeroderma pigmentosum, which was diagnosed as acantholytic squamous cell carcinoma on histopathological examination.
