We combined the two flaps to repair the soft tissue defect degloving injury of the distal segment of the finger, which can repair the wound defect at one time and preserve the function of the finger to the greatest extent ( 22 , 23 ), while reducing the damage to the donor site and recovering the function of the affected finger as soon as possible.
