Abstract:Dual antiplatelet therapy (DAPT), which is essential in AMI management, combines aspirin with a P2Y12 receptor antagonist. This study compared the effectiveness of potent P2Y12 inhibitors versus clopidogrel in AMI patients treated with percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).
