“…A sensibilidade ou sensação normal de enchimento da bexiga é definida pela ICS quando a pessoa tem a ciência do enchimento da bexiga e do aumento da sensação, até o forte desejo de urinar 9 . O EU é a técnica padrão para avaliar a sensação da bexiga 23 , porém o DV vem demonstrando boa confiabilidade para avaliar esse dado 24 , uma vez que o EU não reproduz o comportamento da bexiga durante a vida diária, dado que o enchimento da bexiga é uma percepção contínua e crescente 25 Além do desconforto e dos custos, a dor e a ansiedade com a realização do EU também apareceram em um estudo conduzido na Turquia, no qual os pesquisadores avaliaram os efeitos da musicoterapia na redução dessas variáveis durante o exame.
