The Competencies and Challenges of Leading a Student Entrepreneurship Organisation in South Africa

Abstract: The study investigates the competencies that are needed to successfully lead a student entrepreneurship organisation. In addition, the study seeks to identify the challenges that student entrepreneurship organisations leaders face in achieving goals.
