Abstract: Clematis. tangutica (Maxim.) Korsh. is widely cultivated in Northwest China. The whole plant was called “Ye-Mang-Na-Bao” in traditional Tibetan medicine. In this study, Illumina sequencing technology was utilized to assemble and annotate the complete chloroplast genome sequences of it.
