Abstract: Fuchsia standishii J. Harrison, 1840, a perennial shrub, is renowned for its vividly colored and uniquely shaped blooms, which have an extended flowering season. Commonly cultivated as an ornamental potted plant, it is utilized in traditional Chinese medicine.
