The complete chloroplast genome of Mnium marginatum (With.) P. Beauv.

Abstract: Mnium is the type genus of the family Mniaceae, the species' richest family of order Bryales (Bryophyte). Mnium marginatum is widely distributed worldwide. The complete chloroplast genome of M. marginatum was sequenced by high-throughput sequencing technology. The chloroplast genome is 124,935 bp in length with a quadripartite structure.
