The complete chloroplast genome of Periploca forrestii (Apocynaceae), a traditional Chinese medicinal plant

Abstract: Periploca forrestii Schltr. is a traditional medicine plant in southwestern China. In this study, we characterize the complete chloroplast (cp) genome of P. forrestii based on next-generation sequencing.
