The complete mitochondrial genome of Gymnodiptychus pachycheilus (Teleostei, Cyprinidae, Schizothoracinae)

Abstract: Gymnodiptychus pachycheilus, an endangered cold-water fish belonging to the specialized schizothoracins, is distributed in plateau lakes and the upper reaches of the Yellow and Yangtze Rivers on the northeastern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau in China. In this study, we determined the complete mitogenome sequence of G. pachycheilus.
