Abstract:The complete mitochondrial genome sequence of the suspected new species (
Pelteobagrus olimcorporis
sp.nov) was first determined by a PCR-based sequencing method in this study. The complete mtDNA genome of this suspected new species is 16,533 bp in length and consists of 13 protein-coding genes, 22 transfer RNA genes (tRNA), two ribosomal RNA genes (rRNA) and a non-coding control region (D-loop).
