The concept of the “Hexahedron” in the supratotal resection of the frontal gliomas: A technical note

Abstract: OBJECTIVE To evaluate the value of the concept of the “Hexahedron” in the supratotal resection (SPTR) of frontal gliomas in both dominant and nondominant hemispheres .
