La tecnología del concreto aplicado al BIM: una revisión literariaConcrete technology applied to BIM: a literature review Tecnologia do concreto aplicada ao BIM: uma revisão de literatura. RESUMENEl estudio propuso estudiar la tecnología del concreto aplicado al BIM aplicando para ello una revisión literaria. En esa lína, el diseño fue cualitativo, el tipo de estudio es de revisión. Ello en la medida que la finalidad de este tipo de artículos es recopilar la información más relevante de un tema específico. Su objetivo es examinar la bibliografía publicada y situarla en cierta perspectiva dentro del periodo 2019-2023. La búsqueda de la información para la revisión de literatura se hizo consultando las siguientes bases de datos como son Proquest, Scopus y Web of Science para encontrar revistas del más alto nivel científico. Asimismo, cabe mencionar que para la realización de lo mencionado se emplearon también palabras clave como Concreto, construcción y BIM; y en inglés, concrete, construction and BIM. Los resultados fueron ordenados en tablas y figuras y se discutió lo hallado en la literatura. Finalmente, tras la revisión literaria se ha podido concluir que la incorporación de la tecnología BIM puede mejorar los problemas de diseño y construcción de los componentes.

The integrated application of building information modeling (BIM) and big data (BD) has received widespread attention, and has been involved in smart construction sites, construction project management, and construction project budgeting. Nevertheless, research on the integrated implementation of BIM and BD in China mainly concentrates on a project stage or profession, the exploration of technology integration mostly focuses on the theoretical level, and the research distribution is scattered. As such, the intention of this paper is to reveal the research history of BIM and BD in China, as well as to study the research methodologies and research fields for a more thorough knowledge of the BIM and BD research and development status in the Chinese construction sector, which adopts a mixed research method that uses a quantitative research via two analytical software tools, i.e., CiteSpace version of 6.1.R6 and the Statistical Analysis Toolkit on line edition for Informetrics software packages, to conduct a macro bibliometric analysis on BIM and BD research in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure database, and provides a follow-up micro qualitative research with content analysis. To ensure the comprehensiveness of the research, the core articles of the topic in the web of science database have been sorted out and analyzed for fully understanding the development of BIM and BD in the field of Chinese construction, resulting in identifying the current research hotspots and trends in China. The results suggest that the popular research keywords on BIM and BD in China since the year 2015 have mainly been focused on informatization, the internet of things, and rail transportation. Three fruitful research themes in BIM and BD research in China have been identified, including smart construction, smart operation, and bridge informatization.

PurposeThis study aims to reduce the construction safety accidents of prefabricated building (PB) projects, improve the efficiency and effectiveness of safety supervision by government departments, and provide theoretical reference for improving the safety supervision system of PB construction.Design/methodology/approachConsidering the information asymmetry between government supervision departments and construction contractors and the interactive relationship between the two parties under bounded rationality, we propose an evolutionary game model for the construction safety dynamic supervision of PBs and analyze the evolutionary strategy of the game. The system dynamics (SD) method is used to simulate and analyze the evolutionary game process under a dynamic supervision strategy and the adjustment of external variables.FindingsThe cost difference between the government's strong and weak supervision, the construction contractor's additional expenditure for strengthening safety management, and other factors affect system stability. The government can dynamically adjust the penalties based on the construction contractor's subjective willingness to ignore safety management and further adjust their rate of change based on the completion of the supervision goals to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of construction safety supervision.Originality/valueThis study makes contributions in two areas. Through a combination of SD and an evolutionary game, it provides new insights into the strategic choice of the main body related to PB construction safety. Additionally, considering the nonlinear characteristics of construction safety supervision, it provides useful universal suggestions for PB construction safety.
