Abstract:Hydrops fetalis (HF) is a serious fetal condition characterized by abnormal accumulation of fluid in fetal soft tissues and serous cavities. HF can be immune hydrops fetalis (IHF) or nonimmune hydrops fetalis (NIHF) depending upon the presence of antibodies in the mother.
