The crystal structure of tetraindium triselenide

Abstract: The crystal structure of tetraindium triselenide (In4Se3) has been determined from three-dimensional X-ray diffractometer data, and refined to a final R = 0.06. The crystals are orthorhombic, space group Pnnm, with unit-cell dimensions, a= 15.297, b= 12.308, c=4.081 A. Z=4.
