Abstract: The Wash’Em process was developed to improve the design of handwashing behaviour change programmes during outbreaks and humanitarian crises. It aims to rapidly create evidence-based, contextualized handwashing programmes. Wash’Em was widely used during the COVID-19 pandemic.
