The developed hypothetical model for promoting sustainable well-being at work by learning: a systematic literature review

Abstract: This study is a systematic literature review. The aim is to evaluate the developed hypothetical model. In this model, learning is proposed to be a mediating link between sustainable development (SD) and well-being at work. The aim is also to evaluate the learning characteristics that promote sustainable well-being at work.
